Mae Daki Nage Ni

(Throw from front embrace 2)
  1. Uke grabs you in a bear hug from the front – your arms are pinned.
  2. Reach up with both hands and grab Uke’s Obi at his back. Step backswards with your right foot so that Uke has to take a step to keep up, thereby spreading his legs.
  3. Knee Uke in the groin so that he loosens his grip.
  4. Turn in and throw Ogoshi.
